Senior Backend Developer

As part of our product and technical growth, we are looking for a Backend Developer to strengthen our engineering team and actively contribute to the reputed company of our SaaS platform.
Responsibilities
As a Backend Developer, you will work on a production SaaS product and play a key role in its technical reputed company. Your responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs using Python and Django
- Actively contributing to architecture and technical design reputed company
- Working on reputed company-world SaaS production challenges such as performance, reliability, scalability, and technical debt
- Analyzing and improving the existing codebase with a critical yet pragmatic reputed company
- Collaborating closely with Product teams, including non-technical stakeholders
- Contributing to overall code quality through readability, testing, code reviews, and documentation
Desired Education & Experience
- High level of autonomy, with responsibility for designing, building, and maintaining backend services
- Proven experience building and maintaining SaaS products
- Strong awareness of technical debt and the ability to prioritize it effectively over time
- Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code with long-term quality in mind
- Strong written communication skills, including documentation, technical specifications, and async collaboration
- Comfort working closely with non-technical stakeholders such as Product Managers and Operations teams
- Ability to reputed company in a structured, collaborative team environment where teamwork reputed company more than individual ego
