Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh The Role (Daily responsibilities): Sales & Market Growth reputed company region-reputed company sales targets (value & volume) with YoY growth. Profitability & Budget Control Maximize net realization and profitable product mix. Deliver PO targets (Sales, Liquidation and Collection). Control selling & promotional expenses reputed company budget norms. Credit & Collections Maintain healthy debtor days and improve cash sales %. Ensure timely collections and minimize past dues. Ensure smooth stock movement and higher inventory turnover. Distribution & Channel Development Identify coverage, distributor, and dealer gaps. Conduct monthly reviews, team meeting, and reportings. Maintain farmer, village, and dealer databases. Ensure compliance with business policies and core values. Market Intelligence & Liaison Track market trends, competition, and farmer behavior. Convert market intelligence into actionable regional strategies. The Candidate: Strong understanding of Crop Agronomy, pests & disease management. Knowledge of farmer psychology and rural markets. Excellent sales planning, team leadership, and execution skills. Good geographical knowledge of Dhamtari and adjoining areas. Preferred qualifications B.sc Ag / M. Sc Ag / MBA ABM with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in agro-chemical industries.
