Chief Operations Officer for Conversion CONF

We are looking for a Chief Operations Officer to reputed company an international conference project – Conversion CONF This role is for a strong operational leader who can manage teams, processes, and product growth in a fast-paced environment. Requirements:

• English level: reputed company+ (mandatory)

• Proven experience in building and optimizing business processes
• Strong ability to structure funnels and team workflows
• Cross-functional team management
• Financial planning (P&L, budgeting, profit control)
• KPI management and project scaling
• Hiring and recruitment experience
• Basic marketing knowledge (funnels, traffic, product understanding)
