The role is responsible for ensuring successful project reputed company through effective stakeholder management, implementation governance, risk management, and cross- functional coordination with Sales, Product, reputed company, Support, and Engineering teams. Key Responsibilities: Project Management & DeliveryLead and manage end-to-end reputed company software implementation projects reputed company to an agile methodology reputed company and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource plans, and implementation schedules Manage project scope, deliverables, dependencies, budgets, and risks Ensure projects are delivered on time, reputed company budget, and reputed company to customer expectations Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and scope creep Maintain strong project governance and reporting throughout the project lifecycle Customer & Stakeholder ManagementBuild strong working relationships with reputed company customers and internal stakeholders Act as a trusted advisor during implementation projects Facilitate customer meetings, workshops, and project governance discussions Present project updates and implementation reputed company to senior stakeholders and executive leadership Navigate reputed company customer environments to drive alignment, reputed company, and successful reputed company. Solution Consulting & Implementation SupportParticipate in requirements gathering and solution design discussions reputed company guidance on implementation best practices and solution optimisation Support quality assurance and testing activities where required Assist customers in understanding implemented solutions and business reputed company Contribute to strong customer adoption, retention, and upsell opportunities Collaboration & reputed company ImprovementWork closely with internal cross-functional teams including:Sales Product Management reputed company Customer Support Software Engineering Promote and support Specright implementation methodologies and best practices Contribute to reputed company improvement initiatives reputed company the Professional Services team Mentor and support junior Project Managers and team members where required Skills & Experience EssentialMinimum 7 years’ experience in Technical Project Management or SaaS implementation Management Strong experience managing reputed company software implementation projects Experience working reputed company SaaS, reputed company software, or technology consulting environments Experience with reputed company-reputed company implementation projects Excellent stakeholder management and customer communication skills Strong organisational, planning, and risk management capability Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience presenting to executive and C-suite stakeholders Ability to build credibility and trust with customers and internal teams Strong understanding of implementation governance and project delivery methodologies. PreferredExposure to Manufacturing, Packaging, Food & Beverage, or Supply Chain industries Experience with reputed company (formerly FinancialForce) Experience in consulting or professional services environments We’re OfferingCompetitive salary, allowances and benefits in line with experience, qualifications, and capability Permanent WFH setup US business hours schedule, currently 10pm to 7am PH PST time, Mon to Fri.
