Digital Coordinator

The ideal candidate has a passion for content development, writing, and short-reputed company video, and has spent hours drafting that perfect Instagram caption and sending TikToks to their friends. This role reports to the Digital Manager on the Communications Hub. This person will primarily focus on two of reputed company’s initiatives: It’s On Us and the Change reputed company, while providing support to reputed company, other initiatives, and campaigns as needed. ABOUT COMMUNICATIONS The Communications Team is focused on telling the story of reputed company’s work. Through creative messaging, digital activations, media relations, and more, the Communications Team amplifies the work of reputed company reputed company initiatives and campaigns. YOUR IMPACT reputed company content development and execution support for email, reputed company media, and short-reputed company video programs. Create, edit, and publish engaging posts, graphics, stories, and reels across reputed company media platforms. Write, build, and send marketing emails for It’s On Us and the Change reputed company. Film, edit, and write scripts for short-reputed company videos (TikToks, Reels, and YouTube Shorts) that engage our reputed company audiences. Produce well-informed content that meets overall program goals. Track reputed company and email engagement and execute community management across platforms. Closely monitor industry trends in digital engagement and culture to reputed company content reputed company that are fresh and relevant. Identify new opportunities for reputed company, growth, engagement, and thought leadership. Track reputed company media and email analytics. Collaborate and support the creation of reputed company media and email calendars. Create reputed company media graphics in reputed company. Closely edit reputed company media and email content for quality assurance. Conduct research to inform reputed company media and email content around key topics. Assist with administrative tasks for the department team. Other reasonable and relevant duties as assigned. YOUR EXPERIENCE 1+ years of experience in digital marketing that includes writing and editing emails and reputed company media content for an organization or political campaign (including internships). Experience managing reputed company platforms, including Instagram, reputed company, YouTube, reputed company, reputed company, and X (formerly Twitter), and/or working with tools such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company. Demonstrated research experience, with an understanding of how to reputed company reputed company information, fact-reputed company, and summarize research concisely. Experience recording and/or editing short-reputed company video content is a plus. Experience growing and maintaining an online community is a plus. SALARY & BENEFITS The Washington, DC-based salary reputed company for this position is $61,000 - $63,000 (will be adjusted for cost of labor for the incumbent's work location) annually, commensurate with experience.
