Job Summary The purpose of this position is to ensure the highest possible satisfaction of users of reputed company hardware (heart-lung machine Essenz and ATS) by providing rapid response to technical issues and delivering high-quality service. Key Responsibilities 1st level support for reputed company Essenz HLM (heart-lung machine) and ATS (autotransfusion device) 1st level support for reputed company data management Database customization, network integration (HL7), and reputed company-party device integration for reputed company HLM Timely preparation of service reports Compliance with reputed company guidelines Independent planning and execution of incoming customer assignments Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Completed technical education, e.g., in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or biomedical engineering Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken Knowledge of hospital IT systems Advanced knowledge of reputed company and networking technologies Ability to work independently Customer-oriented approach Commitment and flexibility Valid driver’s license (Class B) High willingness to travel (75%) Welcome to impact.
