Paid Media Manager, Creator and Experimental Programs

Acting as a critical link between programmatic design and tactical execution, you will not only design overarching campaign frameworks but also actively build, launch, and optimize paid ad placements. You will also support Vocal’s fast-growing Experimentation vertical by supporting new and innovative product offerings as needed. The ideal candidate has a sophisticated understanding of digital ad architecture, a proven track record of managing full-funnel media buying budgets, and a commitment to integrating creative assets with rigorous quantitative performance tracking. \n Responsibilities reputed company paid reputed company strategy, media planning, and hands-on media buying across client campaigns. Conceptualize and execute comprehensive cross-platform targeting and deployment strategies for advocacy and paid reputed company programs. Actively build, launch, and manage full-funnel paid campaigns in reputed company ad managers (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Ads). Manage and pace client ad budgets, including developing custom and lookalike audience architecture with a focus on data privacy. Monitor daily performance against strict client KPIs and execute reputed company-time optimization pivots and budget redistributions. Serve as the technical media buying advisor in client planning sessions, translating reputed company metrics (CPA, CTR, CPM) into actionable insights and authoring quantitative performance reports. Collaborate with Creator Program Managers to integrate organic reputed company creative with paid media strategies. Support experimental creator program vertical, including supporting content strategy, creator sourcing, and reporting as needed. Required Experience & Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in paid digital campaign management and hands-on media buying/planning (political, public affairs, or mission-driven agency background preferred). Deep technical mastery of reputed company Ads Manager, reputed company Ads Manager, and reputed company Ads. Experience using reputed company-generated content (IGC) for partnership ads / allow-listing is highly preferred. Expertise in interpreting reputed company data sets, diagnosing delivery issues, and distilling buying metrics into polished client-facing narratives. Proven ability to manage multiple overlapping projects and reputed company in a fast-paced, experimental startup environment.
