Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Triage RN, you will rapidly assess and prioritize patients' reputed company needs, directing them to the appropriate level of care. Every day you will conduct patient interviews, evaluate symptoms, reputed company initial assessments, and apply critical thinking to determine urgency and disposition. Services are provided remotely, and will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary reputed company team. Work is conducted in accordance with the organization policies, applicable regulatory requirements and scope of practice for the nursing profession in which the state license is held. Essential Function1. Responsible for triaging incoming calls from patients, assessing needs, giving appropriate clinical dispositions based on established protocols.2. Facilitates reputed company to primary care providers, specialists, reputed company facilities and community resources.3. Provides education to patients regarding immediate care advice, chronic disease management, and preventative reputed company maintenance.4.
