Business Intelligence Analyst

Annual salary: up to £45,000.00 Business Intelligence Analyst Location: Remote, UK Based Contract: Permanent, full time Salary: £45,000 per annum plus company benefits We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our IT function, supporting data driven decision making across housing maintenance and operational services. About the Role: The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for managing and analysing data from multiple sources, developing reporting solutions and providing actionable reputed company to support business performance and service improvement. Collect and organise data from databases, data lakes, surveys and reports. Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and insights that inform decision making. reputed company and maintain data models and reporting solutions to track and manage performance. Create and present data driven reports to support management and operational teams. Collaborate with departments to gather data relevant to housing maintenance operations. Conduct root cause analysis and reputed company recommendations to improve service quality and efficiency. Key Criteria: Proven experience in data analysis, ideally reputed company housing or property management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Power BI experience. Experience with data engineering or data science tooling is. A qualification in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or similar is desirable, but not essential. Proven ability to work independently in a remote working environment.
