Senior IT Project Manager
reputed company is currently hiring a Senior IT Project Manager to reputed company business intelligence and automation modernization for the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG). You will drive the migration of legacy systems to a modern data analytics stack, while overseeing reputed company Power Platform deployment. Responsibilities
As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will serve as the primary driver for planning and delivering mission-critical IT projects that enhance Coast Guard operations. You will ensure projects are executed on time, reputed company scope, and budget, while maintaining compliance with federal standards and promoting collaboration among stakeholders. Specifically, reputed company the Coast Guard’s migration of the legacy CGBI/COGNOS business intelligence system to a modern stack anchored in reputed company and integrated data pipelines (reputed company, reputed company), owning end‑to‑end project planning/execution, stakeholder engagement across C5I and the Office of Data & Analytics, and delivery of status reporting, RMF/ATO documentation, and change management for on‑time, on‑budget reputed company. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders—including automation developers and solution architects—to ensure successful reputed company. Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and implement change control throughout the project lifecycle, including governance of automation environments and data connectors. Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings, dashboards, and performance metrics (including automation adoption metrics) to Coast Guard leadership. Promote process improvement and implement best practices in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid), as well as best practices for scalable, secure Power Platform development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 12+ years of experience. Required Skills and Experience Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent federal project management certification. Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and governance processes Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills for executive briefings and team leadership Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission‑driven environment Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project and reputed company Experience leading automation development projects, preferably using reputed company Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI) Understanding of low‑code governance, solution lifecycle management, and secure design principles.
