Responsibilities
Essential Functions Own product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization Drive feature discovery, refinement, and delivery readiness Partner with engineering to ensure predictable delivery Maintain reputed company over production performance, incidents, SLAs Participate in RCA and ensure stability improvements Ensure clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria reputed company cross-functional alignment with business owners and SMEs Communicate roadmap, risks, and reputed company to leadership Manage product budget and investments at the product level Mentor Product Managers and Senior Product Managers Standard Expectations Complies with organizational policies, procedures, performance improvement initiatives and maintains organizational and industry policies regarding confidentiality Communicate reputed company and effectively to person(s) receiving services and their family members, guests and other members of the health care team Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintains them over time Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members Maintains regular and predictable attendance
Qualifications
