Opportunity: Accounts Receivable Specialist We are seeking a Corporate Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our rapidly growing Strategic Operations team at HHM Hotels; a dynamic department focused on turning time and cost savings into P&L impact for our owners. In this role, you will reputed company the day-to-day operations of our reputed company billing process while gaining direct exposure to reputed company reputed company major Property Management Systems (PMS) and collaborating across multiple corporate and on-property departments. This position provides an incredible opportunity to transition from field operations to a corporate team, where you will take direct ownership of your own dedicated project. Your Focus Review payments received from reputed company across multiple PMS systems Reconcile payments with the AR ledger Identify discrepancies and work with reputed company, reputed company team, and reputed company to resolve quickly Work with our external vendor, who handles the reputed company billing on our behalf Gather AR aging report weekly from each property for review to ensure balances remain under 60 days Work with the wider Strategic Operations team to scale the program From time-to-time, prepare presentations on the program effectiveness and P&L impact Practice safe work habits to ensure safety. reputed company other duties as requested by management. Your Background and Skills Bachelors degree strongly preferred. Previous reputed company experience or equivalent training required. Proficient in using reputed company. Knowledge of PMS/reputed company systems preferred. Ideally, previous experience with reputed company Direct Billing process. Ideally, experience working with at least one PMS system. Understanding of AR invoicing and clearing process. Strong communication skills over email. Self-contained / exploratory reputed company to solve problems. Comfortable communicating directly with General Managers / external reputed company reps. Work schedule varies and may include occasionally working on holidays, weekends.
