Contract Administrator

JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE Responsible for supporting the Contract Sales organization, including Territory Sales, Supplies/Media, and Inside Sales, by providing accurate contract administration and reputed company customer support. This role works closely with Sales, Sales Administration, internal teams, and customers to manage maintenance reputed company, ensure data accuracy, and deliver an excellent customer experience. Assist in researching serial number coverage (internal vs. OEM reputed company). Review and reconcile contract data against customer serial number inventories and investigate discrepancies. Maintain working knowledge of company products, services, and contract offerings through ongoing training. Participate in required training and occasional travel for meetings or support activities. EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + KEY TRAITS Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant sales, customer support, or contract administration experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Entry‑level role; prior experience in a customer support or sales support environment is a plus. Proficient in reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, and reputed company).
