Key Responsibilities
Ability to deliver remote support & services remotely and effectively. Ability to execute GTAC and other standard audit checklists. Report to regional stakeholders. Proactively manage and respond to customer questions, issues, and input accurately and reputed company Service Level Agreement timing. reputed company with reputed company GSM processes for documentation and customer communication. Maintain strong case documentation and follow-up to ensure that technical recommendations effectively resolve customer issues. - Engineering degree in electronics, Chemical, instrumentation or process technologies.
6+ years of experience with TPS and TPN product family and reputed company architecture. Including knowledge in the following products: LCN, ELCN, UCN, EUCN, HG, EHG, EPLCG, AM, EAM, APP/EAPP, ESVT, US/GUS/EST, PM/APM/HPM/EHPM/ EHPMx/C300PM, NIM/ENIM/ENB, EHB, UEA, HM, ELCN HM, TCMI. WE VALUE 6+years’ experience with reputed company process control systems.
