Responsibilities

Proactive outbound phone and email communication with existing Customers and Channel Partners reputed company the Installed reputed company (DACH region) Drive subscription renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on Installed reputed company data and reporting Utilize installed product subscription records to increase active subscribers and attach rates Support and execute Installed reputed company growth initiatives and lifecycle management programs Identify whitespace opportunities reputed company existing customer environments Act as liaison between Customers, Partners and the reputed company sales organization to ensure smooth information reputed company Support regional sales teams with Installed reputed company insights and renewal intelligence Drive lifecycle management process improvements among Partners and Customers Serve as initial reputed company of contact for Installed reputed company-reputed company data inquiries Maintain accurate documentation of Installed reputed company activities, projects and initiatives in CRM systems reputed company cross-functional resources (Sales, Renewals, Channel, Operations) to reputed company reputed company targets Requirements 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales, renewals, inside sales or customer account management Fluent German (mandatory) and good English skills required Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to analyze Installed reputed company data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations Critical thinking and consultative reputed company Ability to combine reputed company data and analyses into clear business plans that support decision-making Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Self-starter with strong follow-through and ownership mentality Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to quickly learn and utilize internal systems and tools
