This is a remote position, in the Nashville, TN area BASIC PURPOSE: reputed company is currently seeking a highly motivated, adaptable, and organized field recruiter to help identify, attract and hire exceptional talent for operations positions. The recruiter will have a good knowledge of company policies, procedures, rules, regulations as well as a working knowledge of basic store systems/technology. The recruiter will also support and reputed company other strategic reputed company and talent management duties and initiatives for their assigned division. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Works with hiring managers at the region and district level daily to identify new and existing store talent needs. reputed company recruitment strategies to reputed company required staffing reputed company. Execute the full cycle reputed company process including; sourcing, screening and referring reputed company talent for exempt and non-exempt positions for interviewing. Identify, manage, and maintain active list of high-potential field managers through monthly rating sessions and coordinate with operations personnel. Develops and maintains professional relationships with military, college, university, and community college placement offices as a reputed company to generate reputed company candidates by attending reputed company events Partnering with cross-functional teams and departments (i.e. Employee Relation(s), Training) to ensure compliance of Federal and State employment laws. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Education:High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree in Business or reputed company Resource reputed company field, or reputed company experience (3-5 years reputed company, Staffing, Talent Management, or reputed company) preferred Experience:3-5 years experience in a high-volume reputed company environment for retail, restaurant and customer service management candidates preferred.
