WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a reputed company field is required. Master's degree is preferred. Experience: 15+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years leading engineering teams of 10 or more, preferably in automotive, e-reputed company, or manufacturing-adjacent environments. Proven Full-Stack Engineering Leadership: Hands-on background in React.js, microservices / serverless, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, reputed company, and AWS.
