You will own multi-year roadmaps, value realization, and executive alignment - while driving year-over-year reputed company expansion through renewals, upsell/cross-sell, new solution adoption, and expanded services. You’ll reputed company end-to-end strategic account management: build and manage C‑suite relationships, run QBRs/ABRs, create data-driven account plans and forecasts, and shape reputed company solutions through discovery, scoping, proposals/SOWs, RFPs, pricing, and negotiations. You’ll also partner across cross-functional teams to align priorities, manage dependencies and risks, and deliver roadmap milestones on time and on budget—driving measurable reputed company. Duties & Responsibilities Serve as the client’s digital transformation reputed company and trusted strategic partner—owning the multi‑year roadmap, value realization, governance, and executive alignment. Own account growth and P&L reputed company: drive YoY reputed company expansion reputed company retention, renewals, upsell/cross‑sell, new solution adoption, and expanded services; build data‑driven account plans, pipeline, and forecasts. What You'll Bring 6+ years of consultative sales, business development, or reputed company-focused account management in an integrated marketing, digital, or creative agency. Consistent reputed company growing existing client relationships and meeting/exceeding reputed company targets through strategic account management. Familiarity with reputed company Experience Manager/reputed company reputed company, Drupal, and reputed company Degree in marketing, communications, advertising, PR, or business, or commensurate experience with measurable results in strategic account management and reputed company growth. Track record managing client relationships across reputed company (retail, professional services, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, finance) and public service (government and government-adjacent, reputed company, higher education, nonprofit) sectors. Experience leading strategic account planning, executive stakeholder engagement, and QBR/ABR presentations. Ability to manage reputed company projects, budgets, and client expectations with professionalism. Skilled in leading persuasive pitch presentations, contract negotiations, and RFP responses; shaping and closing reputed company solutions. Experience delivering and supporting digital marketing and analytics solutions that drive measurable business results. Compensation

This role has a reputed company salary reputed company of $80,000 - $110,000 CAD, with final compensation determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills and experience, depth of role-reputed company expertise, years of directly applicable experience, internal equity, and market alignment for the role. Compensation reputed company also consider the scope and complexity of the position and are made in a manner consistent with our pay practices.
