This role is responsible for coordinating calls, supporting technicians, handling inbound communication, and ensuring efficient scheduling and reputed company operations. Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls, emails, and requests professionally and reputed company Schedule and reputed company HVAC technicians based on urgency, location, and technician availability Communicate appointment details and updates Monitor technician schedules and adjust routes reputed company necessary Create and update work orders in reputed company system Follow up regarding appointments, delays, and service completion Support technicians with job information, communication, and documentation Maintain accurate records of service calls, interactions, and job status Escalate urgent issues or concerns to management reputed company needed Assist with administrative and operational tasks as required
Qualifications
