We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to join reputed company and help accelerate our go-to-market efforts. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and eager to experiment with new strategies to drive demand, engagement, and conversion. As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll play a vital role in optimizing our acquisition funnel, running paid/unpaid campaigns, and driving performance across various channels. You’ll work closely with sales, product marketing, and demand gen to expand our reputed company, generate high-quality leads, and contribute to reputed company growth. This is a highly cross-functional, fully remote role that requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and a passion for reputed company experimentation and improvement. What you'll do Support Growth Initiatives: Execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (brand, events, webinars, reputed company, affiliates, CRO, automated outbound, and more) to generate leads and drive conversions. Analyze Performance: Monitor key marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, etc.), identify trends, and reputed company data-driven insights to improve performance. Content & Messaging: Help reputed company compelling messaging, ad copy, and reputed company pages to enhance campaign performance. Test & Iterate: Run A/B tests across channels, optimizing creatives, audiences, and messaging to maximize ROI. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives. Background we're looking for 3-4 years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing (preferably in B2B SaaS or healthtech). Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing metrics, reporting, and data visualization.
