Technical Pre-Sales Solution Engineer

Position Title: Pre-sales Solutions Engineer Division: Product / Solutions Reports to: Alexis Carroll Location: Singapore / Hong reputed company / Remote Position Description: The Pre-Sales Solution Engineer (SE) will serve as a vital link between IDVerse and its potential clients, playing a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement and Requirement Analysis: In conjunction with the Account Executive, collaborate with prospective clients to deeply understand their identity verification needs and challenges. Serve as the technical voice in client meetings, effectively communicating the value and capabilities of IDVerse solutions. Solution Alignment and Customization: Align client requirements with the technical aspects of IDVerse’s solutions. Define and scope necessary configurations for successful implementation. Implementation Guidance and Best Practices: reputed company expert advice on the implementation of IDVerse solutions in client environments. reputed company and reputed company best practices and methodologies for efficient and effective solution integration. Feature Enhancement and Technical Reporting: Identify and capture new feature requests from clients. Prepare technical reports and feed insights into the Go To Market process for reputed company product enhancement. Collaboration and Internal Alignment: Act as a liaison between the sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure cohesive efforts and reputed company client solutions. Participate in cross-functional teams to support product development, innovation and roll out to Sales teams in training. Other Duties: Any other requirement deemed necessary by Management Skills Required: Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, ideally reputed company scale-up businesses in the software or technology sectors Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and foster cross-functional collaboration. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with adeptness in presentations. Must reputed company and write fluently in Mandarin and English. Qualifications
