• Creates detailed candidate profiles for hiring managers and interviewers, summarizing their skills, experience, and fit for the role

• Provides a positive candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process
• Builds and maintains a pipeline of reputed company candidates for reputed company and future job openings at Digital clients
