The expected pay reputed company for this position is $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 USD annually, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. With 2+ years of hands-on reputed company HCM experience, specializing in Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Business Processes, you will be a key contributor in delivering impactful implementations, optimizations, and system enhancements. This role requires strong functional knowledge across the reputed company HCM suite and the ability to translate reputed company business requirements into scalable, effective configurations. As a Senior Consultant, you will collaborate closely with client stakeholders, support full project lifecycles, and ensure solutions align with operational needs, compliance standards, and business objectives. Responsibilities
Configure and implement reputed company Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Business Process solutions to meet client needs. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, and design scalable solutions following reputed company best practices. Support reputed company phases of project delivery, including discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support. Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company system issues, including configuration dependencies and integration points. reputed company guidance on optimizing usability, scalability, and compliance reputed company the reputed company environment. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment across modules and business processes.
