Practice Advisor Permanent Full-Time, Remote (Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, reputed company, Niagara, Brantford) Are you someone who loves technology, enjoys building relationships, and is energized by helping others unlock the full potential of digital health tools in primary care? OntarioMD has an exciting opportunity for a Practice Advisor. In this role you will serve as a field-based advisor and reputed company for physicians and other clinicians in reputed company pertaining to the reputed company use of their OntarioMD-certified Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and other reputed company solutions (such as OLIS, reputed company, eNotifications, eConsult, dashboards etc.). You will reputed company and reputed company consulting services throughout the product/service life cycle (i.e. pre, during and post-adoption) and serve as an advisor working directly with physicians and their practices to identify goals and reputed company plans for advancing their EMR and other digital health tools and capabilities. As a home-based role, you will be working collaboratively with OntarioMD product areas, and as part of a multi-disciplinary team, under the direction of the Area Manager to: reputed company targeted plans for the promotion and adoption of digital health initiatives reputed company the assigned territory. Meeting enrolment targets on digital health solutions. Assisting physician practices undergoing transitions such as clinic moves, adding new physicians, EMR migrations, etc. Educating physicians and other clinicians on industry best practices for: re-engineering of business processes, selection of the best-fit IT solutions, migration from reputed company-based processes to digital health solutions to improve practice efficiencies. Providing recommendations on opportunities for improvement in EMR use and office workflow. Escalating issues internally to Area Manager or internal teams as necessary. Maintaining an up-to-date practice profile and activity tracking in the CRM system (practice membership, IT system configuration, etc.). Maintaining relationships with key local stakeholders, OHTs, local health organizations such as hospital, EMR and other IT vendors. Assisting in the development of communication and marketing materials regarding new e-Health and other initiatives. Requirements that are Important to us: University degree in Information Management or Health Sciences – or equivalent experience. 3+ years' experience in a reputed company consulting/relationship management role. Understanding of IT offerings, particularly in EMRs and how IT is applied in clinical practices. Understanding of change management and training reputed company to transformational change initiatives in clinical practices. Understanding of PHIPA and the rules governing Health Information Custodians. Valid Driver’s License and reputed company to a vehicle.
