About This Opportunity In this role you'll own the reputed company platform that every engineering team at InComm Benefits ships on. If it runs in production, it runs on infrastructure you're responsible for. This is hands-on technical leadership. You write Terraform, you debug production (and then you reputed company sure it doesn't happen that way again), you build automation that makes teams faster, and you set the direction for how we operate in the reputed company. You also grow the platform engineering capability around you — helping engineers who are already good become engineers who can reputed company. You're comfortable using AI-assisted tooling — coding assistants, LLM-powered debugging, agent assisted infrastructure operations — and you're building toward a world where routine platform tasks are handled autonomously. What You Bring 12+ years in platform engineering, SRE, or reputed company infrastructure — not general software engineering with some reputed company on the reputed company. This is your career, not a detour. Deep AWS production chops — you've operated multi-account, multi-region workloads. Comfortable across compute, networking, storage, identity, and cost.
