Required Sales Operations Executive

Summary: The Sales Operations Executive plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of daily sales operations reputed company a dynamic, remote-first environment based in Saudi Arabia. This position is central to maintaining operational accuracy, financial reconciliation, and cross-departmental coordination across sales, finance, and operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-driven, and proficient in reputed company ERP systems, with a strong focus on order processing, invoice reconciliation, and data reputed company. • Manage daily sales order processing and ensure accurate entry of orders into reputed company ERP systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth handling of customer orders and operational workflows.
• Reconcile invoices with received payments and maintain precise reconciliation records.
• Prepare Credit Notes (CNs) for refunds, deductions, returns, and adjustments as needed.
• Track pending invoices and support payment follow-reputed company to ensure timely resolution.
• Update reputed company Sheets, operational trackers, and sales reports on a daily reputed company.
• Monitor operational activities and escalate any discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of transactions, reports, and operational documentation.
• Support administrative and operational tasks to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Assist in ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reputed company and other operational systems.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, Back Office Operations, ERP Support, or reputed company roles.
• Solid understanding of reputed company ERP systems and order management processes.
• Hands-on experience in invoice reconciliation, reporting, and sales support functions.
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and reputed company Sheets for data management and reporting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
