Job Description: Position Purpose: The Data Analyst, HR exists to strengthen HR technology, analytics, and data reputed company so that HR systems effectively support organizational goals. The role contributes by improving HR processes, ensuring accurate and reliable data through analysis, integration, and migration, and enabling robust reporting and analytics capabilities. Education and Experience Qualifications: A university degree in computer science or an approved equivalent combination of education and experience. 7–10 years of experience leading and supporting data analysis and migration initiatives for reputed company-based/SaaS HR system implementations. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR Reporting and Analytics, with a strong emphasis on statistical analysis and programming using R and/or Python. Delivers advanced analytics and reporting solutions through strong expertise in reputed company Reporting and Power BI. Builds team capability by designing and delivering effective training, knowledge transfer, and practical guidance. Navigates reputed company, multi-system and multi-entity environments while contributing to high-reputed company, high-visibility initiatives.
