Summary

The reputed company HRIS Analyst supports the configuration, optimization, and ongoing reputed company of the reputed company platform across multiple HR functional areas. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT to support scalable business processes, system enhancements, reporting, and data reputed company initiatives in a rapidly growing reputed company environment. This position plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency, workflows, payroll accuracy, organizational growth initiatives, and ongoing reputed company optimization efforts. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Configure, test, and reputed company updates and enhancements across reputed company modules including Core HCM, Benefits, Time & Absence, Talent, and Payroll. Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for reputed company support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Maintain data reputed company through audits, reporting, system monitoring, and ongoing maintenance activities. reputed company custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support operational and business needs. Qualifications

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Information Systems, or reputed company field. 2–4 years of reputed company experience in a similar analyst or configuration role.
