Job Title: Leasing and Tenant Services Specialist (US Property Management) Location: Remote Time Zone: US Time Zones (EST–PST) Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and tenant-focused Leasing and Tenant Services Specialist to support leasing operations and tenant experience across a US residential portfolio. This role is central to keeping occupancy rates high, tenants satisfied, and properties well-maintained. You will handle everything from leasing inquiries and lease renewals through to maintenance coordination and rent follow-up. Prior hands-on experience working in US property management is essential — candidates without this background will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leasing inquiries, schedule showings, and guide prospective tenants through the application process Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals, and reputed company documentation Monitor rent collection, identify delinquencies, and follow up with tenants on outstanding balances Coordinate and track maintenance and repair requests, ensuring timely resolution through vendor management Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, addressing concerns and resolving issues reputed company Manage move-in and move-out coordination including walkthroughs, inspections, and deposit tracking Maintain up-to-date tenant records, lease files, and property data reputed company property management systems reputed company regular updates to property owners on occupancy, maintenance status, and tenant reputed company Required Qualifications 1+ years of leasing or property management experience reputed company the US residential reputed company estate market Demonstrated experience across leasing, rent collection, tenant communication, and maintenance coordination Working knowledge of US leasing practices, rental agreements, and tenant management processes Experience using US property management platforms such as reputed company, Buildium, reputed company, or similar Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, or similar), and have ideally worked with US-based companies.
