Per Diem Licensed Mental Health Counselor

This position provides virtual support, counseling, case management, and mental health services to individuals participating in behavioral health and recovery programs throughout New Jersey. Position Type Per Diem / As Needed Remote Position Flexible Scheduling Evening and weekend availability preferred Responsibilities reputed company virtual counseling and mental health support services to clients Conduct assessments, reputed company-ins, and supportive counseling sessions Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with program staff, case managers, and clinical leadership Participate in treatment planning and discharge coordination reputed company needed Monitor client reputed company and report concerns appropriately Maintain confidentiality and reputed company with HIPAA and Company policies Participate in virtual team meetings and trainings as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Counseling, reputed company Work, Psychology, or reputed company field preferred LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, or CADC/LCADC preferred but not required depending on experience Minimum of one (1) year experience in mental health, behavioral health, or substance abuse treatment preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Experience with telehealth or virtual counseling platforms preferred Must have reliable internet reputed company and a private workspace
