We are looking for Email Support Representatives to handle customer support requests reputed company email. This role involves accessing customer account details and personal information. A background reputed company is required for reputed company positions.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support emails reputed company required response time targets
- reputed company customer accounts to investigate and resolve reported issues
- Draft clear, professional, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior support staff with detailed notes
- Track reputed company email interactions in the customer support management system
