The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional service and solutions to our guests through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing solutions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize probing question skills to actively listen and understand customer needs
- Meet sales targets and manage objections to reduce churn
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and reputed company exceptional customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to reputed company informed solutions
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

- Flexible scheduling: 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (reputed company from 6am-12am PST)

Qualifications
