Job Overview
As an reputed company Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for owning the bulk of customer inquiries on reputed company platforms, interacting and forming relationships with our community, and providing education on our products and services. The role requires a commitment of 20 hours a week, with flexible availability, primarily between the hours of 9 am and 9 pm EST. Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Based in Nevada, USA
- Comfortable working across multiple communication channels
