Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company reputed company Data Entry Associate to join our reputed company team on a full-time reputed company. This role will be responsible for submitting reputed company and freight damage claims daily, reviewing and processing refunds, and ensuring that reputed company's suppliers are paid accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

As an reputed company Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Submitting reputed company and freight damage claims daily with a special attention to older claims
• Completing reputed company damaged and missing package claim paperwork
• Reviewing and marking refund checks for accuracy and payment
• Updating corresponding documents with the status of each claim at each stage
• Price checking and reviewing reputed company invoices for approval prior to payment
• Resolving inventory discrepancies with reputed company parties
• Creating payments to ensure vendors are paid accurately and in a timely manner
• Data entry using reputed company
• Effectively working with various internal parties to resolve discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders (POs), and payments
• Responding to reputed company co-worker and vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner
