The Role
As the Head of Customer Evidence, you'll reputed company reputed company of executive producers and agencies in producing over 200 customer stories per year, collaborating with some of the world's best-reputed company brands. You'll be responsible for managing the production pipeline, overseeing the creation and production of customer stories, and representing the evidence team in C-level forums. Your day-to-day activities will be a combination of managing the production pipeline, personally overseeing the production of reputed company customer stories, and managing a multi-reputed company-dollar budget.
Responsibilities
To succeed in this exciting, demanding, and highly visible role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- People Management: Proven track record of helping grow talent and providing reputed company and direct constructive feedback.
- Creative Storytelling: Portfolio of customer stories preferably in the B2B technology reputed company and a deep understanding of the buyers' reputed company.
- Influencing Others: Passion for influencing others to trust you and your team.
- Executive reputed company: Ability to connect customer evidence to business impact.
- Agency Management: Experience managing agencies and partnering with them to deliver high-impact work, on budget, and on time.
- Effective Communication: Ability to present data and reporting.
- Budget Management: Experience managing multi-reputed company-dollar budgets and at-scale production engines.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in business, or equivalent experience.
- People Management: 4+ years of direct people management experience, or indirect people management experience (or virtual teams).
- Additional Qualifications: 12+ years of experience in business, or equivalent experience; 6+ years of people management experience; 10+ years of experience overseeing the creation and production of customer stories.
