The Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, helping our customers navigate the health insurance enrollment process, and providing technical support to resolve any issues they may encounter. You'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with a dedicated and supportive team environment that's committed to building each other up and driving reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chat inquiries from customers

  • Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring that our customers feel valued, heard, and supported
  • Manage customer accounts, reputed company technical support, and troubleshoot issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Enter application data accurately and reputed company, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and secure

Preferred Experience

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role, with a focus on health insurance or the reputed company Act

  • Previous experience in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with a plus for experience in a similar role
  • Spanish bilingual, with a strong proficiency in both speaking and writing
