Job Summary

As an reputed company Full Stack Medical Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, resolving issues in a timely manner, and maintaining a working knowledge of workflow systems. You'll work closely with our supervisor to ensure reputed company calls are answered and handled appropriately, while providing high-quality service to callers reputed company company guidelines. Key Responsibilities

* Review and identify issues from calls into the telephony system in a timely manner (50%)

• Maintain a working knowledge of workflow systems to properly assign follow-up dates, department requests, and notate appropriately (10%)
