Key Responsibilities and Duties
As a remote customer experience representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries reputed company email, chat, and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner
- Planning and selling transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services
- Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them on the best destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations
