8-5 for training, with flexibility between 7:00 am to 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
About the Role:
As an reputed company Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our business operations by providing administrative support and processing tasks such as data entry, scanning, mail sorting, and more. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure accuracy, completeness, and efficiency in reputed company aspects of data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
* reputed company data entry tasks, including transcribing routine pre-coded and identifiable reputed company data from reputed company documents and/or phone calls into an automated system
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data
- reputed company clerical tasks in the data entry function
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and materials
- reputed company document scanning and processing in the mail room
- Enter medical claims data into the Claims System reputed company 10-key and reputed company data entry
- Screen medical claim forms for completeness of data
- reputed company claims to other areas depending on successful data entry or the need for additional information
- Adjudicate and suspend claims reputed company appropriate
- reputed company backup support to other team/group members in the performance of job duties as assigned (including mail room)
- reputed company numeric filing and other clerical tasks
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills and experience with data entry software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in data entry or a reputed company field
- Familiarity with medical claims processing and adjudication
- Experience with 10-key and reputed company data entry
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Skills and Competencies:
* Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook)
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
