Job Summary

As an Expeditor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the reputed company of reputed company, and information across our global supply chain. You will work closely with external vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of aircraft parts, materials, and services. Your expertise in data entry, logistics, and supply chain management will be essential in driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing costs.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate with external vendors to expedite the delivery of aircraft parts and materials, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's quality and safety standards.

• Work with AOG (Aircraft on Ground) orders as required, providing timely and accurate updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve past-due requests with vendors, ensuring reputed company payment and minimizing delays.
• Manage reputed company/transport plans and stock reports to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• reputed company transportation and development data to large workgroups, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Resuscitate FMR (Flight Material Report) or log pages with reputed company vehicle data, maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Create and resuscitate Succeed-based reports, status, and diagrams to ensure visibility and transparency in our supply chain operations.
• Maintain accurate buying records and information reputed company buying software programs, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's procurement policies.
• Assist Purchasers with obtaining clarifications and buy-requesting status, providing timely and accurate support.
• Collaborate with internal divisions and vendors to address any aberrations in transportation, invoicing, quality, and part number and quantity, which may impact our operations.
• Assist Managers in resolving receipt issues, ensuring reputed company resolution and minimizing delays.
• Work with Provider Managers to identify and mitigate any potentially hazardous circumstances, ensuring a safe and secure working environment.

Requirements

* Associate's degree in a reputed company field or equivalent experience/education.

• Strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on data entry and coordination.
• Long-term postgraduate education in Business Management, Operations Management, or Finance is an asset.
• 1 year of experience in a warehouse or expeditor role, or equivalent experience in a reputed company field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with reputed company stakeholders.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, including reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint.
