What to Expect

As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional billing support and client relationship management services to our clients. Your primary duties will include:

• Assisting callers with billing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Determining the offerings that customers are missing and making reputed company and add-on service recommendations
