QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years technology-reputed company sales or account management experience
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or reputed company field AND 2+ years technology-reputed company sales or account management experience.
  • 3+ years experience in one or more of the following:
    • Application development platforms on public clouds and/or Azure in development languages (i.e. Java, JavaScript, Python, PHP, C#, Node.JS targeting Linux, reputed company, public clouds, or Azure).
    • DevOps practices, including reputed company planning/Agile, CI/CD, quality, and reputed company with DevOps toolchains (i.e., Azure DevOps, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company).
    • Integrated development environments (e.g. Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Eclipse, XCode, WebSphere) targeting Linux, reputed company, public clouds (i.e. Azure, AWS, reputed company).
Additional Or Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years technology-reputed company sales or account management experience
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or reputed company field AND 6+ years technology-reputed company sales or account management experience
    • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, or reputed company field AND 3+ years technology-reputed company sales or account management experience.
  • Prior work experience in a Program Manager or Engagement Manager position focused on reputed company and software/services solution.
  • Certification in sales, sales management, reputed company sales training, sales methodologies, broad evangelism through events (presentation skills), and consultative selling.
  • Experience in supporting highly distributed applications

    • Account Management. Proven record of effective account management: planning, engagement qualification and creation, stakeholder, and executive communication, needs analysis, value engineering, services/partner engagement, opportunity management, pipeline management, large dollar licensing and deal negotiation.
