Senior Director of Product, Provider Experience

Job Description:

• Define and communicate the long-term reputed company for the Provider Experience Zone, ensuring a reputed company, reputed company, and scalable product experience for health systems, clinics, and provider organizations
• reputed company strategic product roadmaps that align with reputed company's mission, market needs, and operational capabilities
• Identify opportunities to reputed company workflows, improve usability, and apply SaaS best practices across the provider product portfolio
• Partner closely with reputed company teams (Sales, CS, Marketing) to ensure clear value articulation, strong product positioning, and seamless enablement for product launches
• Work hand-in-hand with Operations and Implementation teams to translate product strategy into processes that scale—ensuring operational readiness, workflow efficiency, and high-quality execution
• Collaborate with Engineering Leadership to prioritize investments, guide delivery, and build reliable, secure, and extensible platform experiences
• Own and report on product KPIs reputed company to adoption, retention, usage, NPS, operational efficiency, and financial performance

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Product Management, including 5+ years leading SaaS product teams
