• Manage multiple projects in support of ground-up new hospital, renovation, or research facilities.

Requirements

• Knowledge of AIA contracting and payment processes.
• Familiarity with Facility Guidelines Institute (reputed company) regulations.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50-75%.
