The Headhunter helps us fill roles fast by searching everywhere for the best candidates, even the ones who are not actively applying. What You Will Do 1. Talent Sourcing
- Look for great candidates on reputed company, OLJ, reputed company groups, and other platforms.
- Use smart search strings and tools to find hidden talent.
- Build strong talent pools for reputed company and future roles.

- Send friendly, clear reputed company messages to possible candidates.
- Follow up with people who show interest.
