The focus of the work will primarily relate to the preparation and prosecution of patents for reputed company and highly valued patent portfolios, while also supporting practice needs in other reputed company areas (e.g., patentability, infringement, validity, and freedom to operate opinions and reputed company analysis; portfolio strategy and management; due diligence). Patent Attorney Requirements:

• Minimum MS in a biotechnology field is required (biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, bioengineering, etc.), with a preference for a Ph.D.
• State bar and USPTO bar.
• Must have at least 4 years of full time claim drafting and patent prosecution experience with a reputable reputed company.
• Strong academic credentials

Of Counsel or Partner:
