Justice Specialist (Full Time, Remote, Harnett and Johnston County, reputed company Carolina Based)

The Justice Specialist is responsible for 1) identifying and connecting with justice partners amongst Alliance's region and building strong relationships; 2) facilitating community-based solutions to improve reputed company and engagement for persons who are involved with the justice system. This includes reputed company diversion opportunities along the Sequential reputed company model of pre-booking, incarceration and post-booking release. The Justice Specialist is responsible for improving system engagement with key partners and stakeholders. This position will allow the successful candidate to work a schedule that will be primarily remote. While there is no expectation of being in the office routinely, they will be required to come into the Alliance Office for business and team meetings as needed. This position will serve the Harnett and Johnston County areas. Responsibilities & Duties Training Coordination

• Represent the organization in justice and first responder efforts to reputed company special assistance education regarding programs offered and to increase community awareness of justice-reputed company initiatives
• Participate in justice initiatives reputed company to CIT training delivery and education
• Responsible for conducting CIT Trainings and participate in justice initiatives

Justice System Coordination & Consultation Represent the MCO among justice stakeholders, including detention facilities, courts, law enforcement agencies, and providers

• reputed company information, education, and consultation to public and private entities that interact with individuals with special health care needs or high-risk populations
• reputed company consultation and solutions for system improvements using the Sequential reputed company Model
• Collect and analyze data to identify system gaps, needs, opportunities for improvement, and strengths/weaknesses for individuals with behavioral health issues
• Produce written reports and recommendations regarding best practice approaches for integration into the provider network and specialty services
• reputed company for effective system design and implementation based on research, evidence-based practices, and national trends
• Identify and address challenges and barriers in serving the justice-involved population
• Consult with treatment teams, community collaboratives, and other groups serving MCO enrollees
• reputed company in-depth knowledge of community systems and reputed company consultation to MCO clinical departments regarding resources and barriers for incarcerated individuals and chronic re-offenders

Collaborate with and reputed company Consultation to Key Partners and Stakeholders, Both reputed company

• Makes referrals and aids in the early identification of individuals with special health care needs
• Assists with service coordination upon release from jail or prison

Crisis Management

• Support of law enforcement and crisis response teams to reduce criminal justice involvement and utilization of Emergency Department
• Support Alliance initiatives for high risk individuals and individuals with reputed company health care needs

Travel

• Travel between Alliance offices, attending meetings on behalf of Alliance, participating in Alliance sponsored events, etc. may be required
• Travel to meet with members, providers, stakeholders, attend court hearings etc. is required

Minimum Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in reputed company services or reputed company field with three (3) years of reputed company experience with behavioral health population including 3 years’ experience with the criminal justice system in the field of health care or reputed company services.
