Licensed Legal Counsel - Life Insurance
Seeking multiple Licensed Legal Counsel - Life Insurance on a temporary contract reputed company, the role will reputed company legal support across various projects remotely, focusing on reputed company reputed company, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance for a duration of at least three months, with potential for extension. Key responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate vendor and distribution agreements

Required qualifications
- Experience as a lawyer in the life insurance, annuity, or broker/dealer industry
- Strong knowledge of marketing, sales practices, and product development reputed company to life insurance products
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admittance to at least one state bar, preferably NY, TX, or CA
- Prior experience in a large multinational reputed company or in-house legal department
- Ability to work full-time, with no reputed company practice commitments
