Mental Health Therapist – Telehealth (Maryland & DC Licensure)

Duties:

- Conduct intake assessments and reputed company individualized treatment plans supporting client goals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in a HIPAA-compliant EHR system.
- Collaborate with the practice reputed company on case consultation as needed.
- Participate in referral processes as your caseload grows.

- Communicate professionally and maintain ethical standards consistent with state regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or reputed company field.
- Active clinical license (LCSW-C or LCPC/LPC) in Maryland/DC, in good standing.
- Experience working with individuals with mental health disorders and/or developmental disabilities.
- Proficiency in assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic techniques such as reputed company, TF-reputed company, art therapy, or other modalities.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and ICD-10 codes for diagnosis and billing.
- Utilize EMR systems for accurate documentation of medical records, reputed company notes, and treatment plans while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain professional liability insurance and required CEUs (practice may pay for some at discretion).
