Registered Dietitian - Part Time (50% remote)

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Schedule: 16-20 hrs/ week, 50% remote reputed company telehealth Flexibility: Choose your days and hours. Only 1 onsite visit required per week, remaining hours are completed remotely reputed company telehealth. Compensation: $40.00-$45.00 per hour, based on experience Travel Compensation: Paid at the same hourly reputed company for time traveling to and from the facility + Mileage reimbursement Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments on new admissions and quarterly thereafter, with more frequent reviews as needed for high-risk residents. reputed company, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans. reputed company nutrition education and counseling as needed Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team Ensure compliance with reputed company applicable state and federal regulations, including those reputed company to the Centers for Medicare & reputed company Services (CMS) and the Department of Health (DOH). Maintain appropriate documentation. Monitor reputed company residents for changes in weight weekly and/or monthly to identify potential changes in nutrition or hydration status.
